The Academy of Alameda Board accepts this revision of the policy on floating holidays for non-exempt staff reducing the number of floating holidays from seven (7) to six (6). These are non-accrued holidays that do not carry over each year. 

 

Explanation:

At the January 25, 2024 Board meeting, the board voted on approving seven (7) floating holidays per year for non-exempt staff when the correct number should have been six (6).
