1. The Board of Directors granted the Executive Director the authority to close the schools for up to a total of 5 school days of in-person instruction to end at the conclusion of the 2021/22 school year.
2. The Board of Directors granted the Executive Director the authority to close the after-school program/s for up to one week if after-school staff are needed to support classroom instruction, campus supervision, etc during the school day. That authority will end at the conclusion of the 2021/22 school year.
