  A. Summary of Governor's Initial State Budget
   

Stacie Ivery will present the highlights of the Governor's Initial Budget Proposal regarding funding for K-12 education and particularly in regards to its impact on The Academy of Alameda. 

  B. Teacher Compensation Proposal
   

Executive Director, Matt Huxley, and Finance Director, Stacie Ivery, will present a proposal for a new teacher compensation plan that will begin July, 2018.
