The Board will review it's role in determining the mission, core values and vision of The Academy. It will then review and give input into the process for determining each element in the short and as part of an ongoing more comprehensive long-term plan.

| C. | Consider the option of moving to a K-8 for Operational Efficiencies | |

The Board will determine if it makes sense to merge the two schools from an operational standpoint and identify other information it needs to make a final decision at a future Board meeting. |
