  A. Decision to Merge The Academy's Two Charters (Elementary and Middle Schools Into a K-8)
   

See attached document. It makes strong sense to merge our two separate schools into a K-8, as we can save resources (time and money) by not replicating services. By doing this, we can redirect those saved resources back to our mission of serving all students at a high level while continually narrowing the opportunity/achievement gap.
