We are beginning to revise many of our original Board policies. I've attached our revised Visitor's Policy as well as the original one. |

Local educational agencies (LEAs) are required to file two reports during a fiscal year (interim reports) on the status of the LEA's financial health. The 1st Interim Report was filed in December 2016. The 2nd Interim Report attached is through the period ending January 31, 2017. The attached interim reports demonstrate that AoA Elementary & AoA Middle School will able to meet our financial obligations for 2016-17 and the two subsequent fiscal years. |

Presentation on new or expanded K-8 positions designed to improve our current Tier 1 program as well as to narrow the opportunity gap. For March, we are including the fiscal impact of those positions only for 2017/18 school year, as we are looking for additional ways to cut the deficit - especially in 2018/19 and 2019/20. We will bring a more "polished" draft of the budget (three years out) to the April 27 Board meeting.
