  A. Approve the 1st Interim for the Elementary & Middle School
   
The 1st Interim report includes actuals through October 31st, and updated budget for 16-17, and an updated multi-year projection for 2017-18 and 2018-19.
  B. Approve the 2015-16 audit for The Academy of Alameda
   
Every year the organization undergoes a financial audit. The attached audit is for financials through June 30, 2016.
