The Consolidated Application (ConApp) is the application required to receive Federal Funding. The Elementary and Middle school application are requesting Title I and Title II funding.

The attached plan recommends spending Education Protection Account (EPA) funds on teacher salaries for both the elementary and middle school. This attached proposal is in alignment with EPA spending from previous years.

|
Fiscal/Operational MOU
ASES MOU We have worked closely with Young, Minney, & Corr and AUSD to create both documents. I feel that they are well written and are satisfactory to both AoA and the District. There were few changes to both documents this year. |

| G. | Vote on Board Meeting Calendar for 2016/17 | |
|
I would like to switch our meetings to the 4th Thursday of each month (rather than the 3rd Tuesday) except when there are holidays as it gives more time to close out the financials from the prior month and it is held later in the week. I circled the proposed Board meeting dates for each month on the attached 2016/17 school schedule.

Stacie included a document that specifies LCAP funding sources. The K-1 LCAP is finished and the middle school one is about 90% finished. We just have to allocate expenses to specific goals, which; is a bit tricky. Bot LCAP's are in good shape and I recommend that the Board approves them. |
