Call the Meeting to Order
E. Hatch called a meeting of the Development Committee of Arco Iris Spanish Immersion School to order on Thursday Nov 9, 2023 at 6:32 PM.

Approve Minutes: October 5th
C. Billings made a motion to approve the minutes from Development Committee Meeting on 10-05-23.

Grants
- Submitted 2 grants since last meeting
- We received a PE grant from ODE $70,000 this year and eligible for next year as well.

- Christa provided update of meeting with FundEd. Meeting every other Tuesday and gathered a long list of documents for them to customize potential funding opportunities.

Community Relations/PR
- 15 Preschools on list with a January target date.
- Admin team started reaching out with new admin assistant, making the calls and connections. Admin team working on enrollment dates w/Perla and Cyndi.
- ATDLE - Since we no longer have middle school we are not eligible for getting on their list.
- Chamber of Commerce - Do we have ideas to pitch for AI for a project? Adreana works chamber of commerce.

Playground
- Josh, Christa & Jesus met with PE Staff. Josh shared the map images. Discussed options and will move forward with moving shed and matting. Need to get leaves cleaned up, identify matting pieces needed and move shed & matting.
