Summer Restaurant Nights

We will take the summer off for restaurant nights since they were not well attended last year.  We will pick this up again next school year.  Restaurant nights did well this year.  Our last restaurant night, Papa Murphy's, raised just under $500.

D.

Summer Playdates

We typically host summer playdates.  They are open for anyone to host.  There is nothing to buy or do.  Can be at any location, all you need to do is post it and show up.  Let Leslie, PTO President, know so that we can let everyone know, including incoming Kinder and First Grade students.  Christa will host one playdate for K/1.  Will also have a uniform exchange, which is beneficial for everyone.

E.

Summer Donation/Rummage Sale

We have new teachers coming from overseas that will not be able to bring all of their household items with them.  We will be collecting household items for them, wait for more information about donating/collecting items.  Will be looking for big items such as furniture as well as smaller household items.  Collection dates will be held multiple times throughout the summer.  We will be holding a rummage sale for any extra items plus other items, sale to be held in September.

III. Other Business

A.

Kona Kids

Kona Ice used to come on the last day of school.  This year they will be coming during Field Day.  We will be collecting donations to help offset the cost since every student will get a snow cone regardless of their ability to pay.

Field Day is Monday, June 13.

Adjourn Meeting

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 6:45 PM.
