Upcoming restaurant night on Tuesday at Joe's Burgers.  20% of in-person or call-in orders and 10% of online orders (Chow Now app).  Mike will verify whether the app (Joe's specific app) is considered online.  

Panda Express restaurant night earned less than $200, but it was during spring break.

Chipotle is lined up for June and they give 33%.  This is a big fundraiser.

Watch Party this Friday at Nebulous Taproom in Beaverton.  Please RSVP so they have an idea of how many people will be attending.  RSVP on the Auctria app and order a 'free' watch party ticket.  This location does not serve food but allows you to bring your own.  It will be a great time to hang out with others and watch the auction.  

Spirit Wear is now a monthly ordering process.  You can order it at any time, but orders are pulled on the 20th of the month and delivered on the last school day of the month.  

Activities for the teachers have been planned and more information will be coming soon.  We're hoping for high participation this year.  First grade is in charge of stock the breakroom for April and a lot of items were collected on April 6.  There is a bag in the front office to collect notes and other items for former teacher Wilma Rodriguez.  She is battling cancer and was such a great teacher that we will bundle all of the items collected and send them to her. 

May will be elections for the upcoming school year PTO officers.  Please reach out to Yessenia if you are interested in being a part of the PTO: PTO@arcoirisschool.org.  You can an officer or a co-officer for a position, or help organize an event, such as Moveathon or Walk and Roll.

In the past we have met at the park entrance at 99 Ranch at 8:00am and walked to school.  Please reach out to Mike and Yessenia if you are interested.  We would like to set up a regular walk to school day.  

We are working on setting this up, but need someone to organize and chair the event.  If you would like to help, please reach out.  This is a quick, one-time event, but it could raise a maximum of $1000 for the school.

As in previous years, we would like to have a series of summer playdates.  These are especially important for Kindergarten and First Grade students so that they can connect with other students.  If you would like to host a playdate, please let us know.  As host your primary responsibility is to select a location and come play.  This could also include after school playdates.
