B. Call the Meeting to Order

S. Stevens called a meeting of the Development Committee of Arco Iris Spanish Immersion School to order on Thursday Mar 31, 2022 at 6:03 PM.

C. Approve minutes from 2/10/2022

S. Zephirin made a motion to approve the minutes from Development Committee Meeting on 02-10-22.

S. Stevens seconded the motion.

The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

II. Development

A. Fundraising Gap and Goals

No updates on fundraising totals. Auction coming up next week.

B. Communications Campaign/PR

C. Grants

There is a spreadsheet from 2019 of grants available to charter schools. Discussed need to review this. Updated spreadsheet shared with members to review. As people have time, review the grant listed in 2019 tab. Strike through ones that are not a good fit. Ones that seem worth applying for, move to the 2022 tab. Then need to prioritize which ones we have bandwidth to follow through on.

A. Action Items

1. As members have time, please review the update Grant spreadsheet. Move any viable 2019 grants to the 2022 tab.

2. Sarita to get thermometer to Chris next week.
