Financial/ Fundraising update
Trying to do a Mod Pizza fundraiser at the end of January. They changed their fundraising format, so this has been difficult to coordinate.
Raised $1200 with the pre-holiday sock fundraiser.
Raised $8000 since mid-August for playground fund.

Community Enrichment
For Teacher Holiday Giving, each staff member received a $150 gift card and a pair of spirit socks. The gift bags were put together by Sarah Nelson and were very cute and well received by staff.
This month 4th grade is doing staff appreciation. On Friday volunteers will be collecting goodies and notes for staff appreciation at pick-up.

Volunteer Update
No updates at this time.
Volunteer of the Month: Many thanks to Yessenia for pulling an all-nighter to get the spirit wear distributed.
For spirit wear: the inventory is currently at the school. Need a volunteer to pull orders once a month to deliver to students. Will also need volunteers to inventory the spirit wear on occasion. Let Yessenia know if you are interested in this task.

Directora Sundae
The top 25 fundraisers for the school got the opportunity to turn Directora Michelle into a sundae. We will be sharing a private video link for the students and their families to watch.

Save the Date! April 8th, 2022
We are in the planning stages for the annual auction. This is the biggest school fundraiser for the year. At this time the auction will be virtual. Note the date change: the auction is now April 8, 2022. The auction committee could use help with volunteers to reach out to prior sponsors or find new sponsors. Need sponsorship coordinator and donation coordinator.
Upcoming fundraiser for the spring/summer: soft item donation collection. We will be looking for soft items (clothes, shoes, blankets, linens) to collect and turn in to Value Village for money. This fundraiser will be after the auction, but if you are getting ready to purge items, think of holding on to soft items that you could donate to the school fundraiser.

Adjourn Meeting
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 6:36 PM.
Respectfully Submitted,
M. Norman
