Review Complaint Recommendation
The Board reviewed the materials submitted by the Governance Committee regarding the complaint and recommendation.
S. Stevens arrived.
R. Timmons made a motion to move Student A to the top of the waitlist in consideration of the sibling preference.
M. Barron seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Ms. Michelle Herron presented background on the question of whether to proceed with the planned gradation ceremony, including guidance from ODE, OSBA, State of Oregon Executive Order 20-20, and PACE.
The Board discussed preparation and investments made for the ceremony, compliance with safety and health precautions, the communications to date, worst case scenario, insurance policy coverage, timing of ceremony. R. Timmons made a motion to approve 8th grade graduation as a drive-by event following ODE and OHA guidance.
S. Stevens seconded the motion.
