Financial Statement review
- Discussed landscaping fees - Have we seen the deicer costs yet? No
- $5300 is Bleachers for grant, fees for assembly can be added to the grant
- K-5 Supplies - money moved to fixed assets
- Budget to Actual is looking good for the year
- Send out reminder for PEF
- Maintenance Fees

Director update
- Childcare Income - small profit for holidays, but paid staff and nice benefit for families
- Discussed childcare costs for F&R lunch students - waiting till next month
- Summer Programs - Discussed restrictions
- Over on budget for sub costs for the year. More health issues this year.
- Meetings with parents for SIA funds went well
