  • Review complaint - Governance Committee met and have a recommendation for the board
  1. Recommendation to the Board to move Student A to the top of the waitlist in consideration of the siblings of current students preference policy.
  2. Recommend that the Board makes an exception so that Student A does not need to take the Spanish proficiency test based on the the fact that the Parent of Student A were notified of an exception, the student was enrolled as a student in the 2019-2020 school year, and due to the impact of COVID-19 resulting in a virtual environment for current students.

  • Need to vote to approve or cancel graduation
  1. ODE's guidance allows groups of 25 or less
  2. Executive Order 20-20 doesn’t seem to allow in person graduations, as K-12 schools are closed
