We meet our fundraising goal through community giving, Move-a-thon, and Auction.  Our goal for 26-27 is $245,000

• We are currently -$1,436.12 right now for fundraising as we have expenses for spiritwear and auction and the income for those are not yet calculated.  This is as of Aug financials.  We do not yet have the Sept financials.  There should be a big jump in the comin months in income.

Committee Goals:

Research grants, review grants for eligibility, and apply for grants in coordination with administration (giving ample lead time to school administrators, enabling parent volunteers)

Committee Goals:

1. Support and develop marketing strategies to further the sustainability of the school (exp: Improving the school website, regular communication to the school community about the gap fund, etc) 

2. Build and develop relationships with local business and government officials. (exp: Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Beaverton City Parade, etc)*

• Updates on TTSD community outreach to support with charter application
• Erin update on Hispanic Area Chamber of Commerce
• Summary of past and upcoming participation in community wide events
• Review any upcoming events with Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce
• Review Opportunity Calendar
