We meet our fundraising goal through community giving, Move-a-thon, and Auction.  Our goal for 25-26 is $245,000

Committee Goals:

Research grants, review grants for eligibility, and apply for grants in coordination with administration (giving ample lead time to school administrators, enabling parent volunteers)

Committee Goals:

1. Support and develop marketing strategies to further the sustainability of the school (exp: Improving the school website, regular communication to the school community about the gap fund, etc) 

2. Build and develop relationships with local business and government officials. (exp: Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Beaverton City Parade, etc)*

• Review revisions to parent survey.  Finalize survey for presentation to the Board on March 19th.
• Updates on celebration plans for Arco's 15th and 16th anniversaries.  Focus on low cost/high joy activities during the school day
• Summary of past and upcoming participation in community wide events
• Review any upcoming events with Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce
• Review Opportunity Calendar
