R. Wray called a meeting of the board of trustees of Pinnacles Prep Charter School to order on Saturday Oct 22, 2022 at 9:05 AM.

K. Rutherford made a motion to approve the 09-21-22 minutes and all financial documents in the Consent Agenda Monthly Board Meeting on 09-21-22.
T. Treat seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Board Annual Retreat
At 9:20 the full board group entered into Executive Session to conduct their annual strategic planning session. This Session was scheduled to conclude at 3:00 PM.
The board returned from Executive Session at 3:00 PM.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 3:05 PM.
