R. Wray called a meeting of the board of trustees of Pinnacles Prep Charter School to order on Tuesday Aug 31, 2021 at 12:03 PM.

We mistakenly adopted the budget at the last board meeting without publishing to the public for 2 weeks. It ran in the Wenatchee World for the last 2 weeks.

T. Treat made a motion to Rescind the budget as approved last month.
K. Rutherford seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
K. Rutherford made a motion to To adopt the new budget for the 2021-2022 school year.
T. Treat seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
