Tod Treat made a motion to To approve the single item agenda.

Property Sale discussion
Tod Treat made a motion to To approve the property sale of $60,000 and that Sara Rolfs is an authorized signer.
Tyler McGee seconded the motion.
The team VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
