There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 9:22 AM.

The consensus was to award the Commencement Speaker, Retired Brigadier General Frederick A. Henry ’84 an Honorary Degree, Doctorate of Humane Letters at the May 19, 2018 Undergraduate Commencement.
