Call the Meeting to Order

H. Wier called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Athlos Jefferson Parish to order on Tuesday Apr 25, 2023 at 5:07 PM.

Approve Minutes from March 2022

H. Wier made a motion to approve the minutes from AAJP Finance Meeting on 03-28-23.
N. Berg seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

II. Discussion

A.

Current Financials

Chris shared an update of the monthly financials.  They are being finalized and the finished version will be completed the next morning.  The goal is to have

 

Highlights:

  • 2.8 million in bank (68 days COH)
  • 1 million in past ESSR funds are coming
  • grant being processed to provide additional funds
  • Health Insurance renewal coming in early June.  Chris shared details with the committee
    • Increase of only about $10 to employee in current proposal
    • Discussion of HSA in addition of PPO and importance of sharing the details with staff, if this is to be offered to employees.
  • Update on enrollment from Bill
