H. Wier made a motion to approve consent agenda.
T. Nelson seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

N. Berg made a motion to approve budget.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 6:24 PM.

Tom shared the 2023 budget with the board. Focus was on page 2, which was the operating budget outline. Discussed balances, state revenue, transfers, etc.
Total revenue is 15.6 million. Expenses are 14.9 million. Big improvement from last year.
Questions/comments- Dr. Bressler commented that this is built on a conservative estimate on enrollment.
