MSA renewal
N. Berg made a motion to Move MSA renewal to the August board meeting and continue under the interim MSA agreement.
R. Johnson seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
C.
Board Calendar
N. Berg made a motion to approve the annual board calendar with change of August meeting to August 11t.
R. Johnson seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
