M. Caparotta called a meeting of the Finance Committee Committee of Athlos Jefferson Parish to order on Monday Apr 27, 2026 at 4:04 PM.

Approve Meeting Minutes
M. Caparotta made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 03-30-26.
N. Anthony seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
J. Holmes arrived at 4:07 PM.

M. Caparotta made a motion to to approve March 2026 financials.
N. Anthony seconded the motion.
Reviewed March 2026 financials and forecast for the remainder of the year.

Discussed vendor payment for the remainder of the year. Mr. Reid encouraged us to make sure we canceled all vendor contracts by June 30th. Teresa provided an update that vendors are being contacted.
