There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 4:42 PM.

Ms. Tate shared updates on the meetings with the state for closure steps and internal meetings to process each step.
Dr. Holmes discussed the status of bids for the purchase on the building and next steps.
The committee discussed plans to complete the work that is needed to be done after June 30th.
