J. Holmes made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 11-24-25.

Review and Approve December 2025 Financials
N. Anthony made a motion to Approve Financials.

Need review consultant fees.

Allow CFO to post monthly financials to EMMA for Bond Holders

Procurify - PO System
J. Holmes made a motion to Vote to approve the contract renewal of the PO System at $10,000 or less.
