Review Academic Progress Data for New Students

Revised Infographic
Infographic is presented with revisions including 2025 grades and updated 2024. It was discussed that an announcement is in the works on improvements from each year from 2021-2025. The committee requested research on next year's estimated SPS. Committee discussed a meeting with the state to better explain SPS and emphasis on subgroups. Committee agreed to strategize the subgroups.

Gifted and Talented Policy and Procedures
The Gifted & Talented draft was presented due to students qualifying and there was no policy in place. Committee decided to table the policy for the Governance Committee to review.

Approve 25/26 Lau Plan
The Lau plan will be sent via email to review.

Review edits to the Discipline Policies
The committee had no notes on the discipline policies and agreed to push to Governance.
III. School Improvement Plan

School Improvement Plan
The School Improvement Plan was presented.

Review Tier Two and Three Curriculum
The committee discussed the RTI Tiers and iReady use was brought into question. Due to it's self-paced set up, it may not be used so it was requested research in what is used instead. Attention was brought to the need to have multi sensory for special population of students.

- Send new accountability simulator score
- Follow-up from BESE
- Send current cut scores
- K-2 co-cuts in new SPS
Bressler presented study that shows students performance compared to grade level and separated new students. Trend by grade level were presented. Committee requested a graph without new students to compare.
