• We have some students exceeding their goal.  Want to focus in on their classes to determine what was going well.
• Biggest focus are the 40 students that moved backwards and the 7th graders that did not move.
• Need to pull the data on the remaining missing data to complete this report.  
• Feel we are missing on ELPT and can improve in this area.

We don't have the assessment index for LEAP Connect.  With the calculator changes, we will need to focus heavily on this especially due to our high SPED population.

Dr. Holmes asked about the current staffing and curriculum for ELL.

• Looking at ELL progress monitoring tools and ELL specific curriculum.
• Looking into different testing environments and schedules.
• Focusing on only doing push in and pull-out during WIN and enrichment and not during core curriculum.

Could we look at current staffing ratios for ELL to see if our current 45:1 is appropriate?

Can we show on the dashboard the breakdown of languages from the students in the building? And do we have the relevant dictionaries in the building?

On the interim data, we improved in English, but not math.  I'm concerned with interim assessments, the number, etc.  I'm wondering if we need to do iReady and LEAP 360 interim assessments.  Clarification:  iReady is an intervention, LEAP 360 is a benchmark.  The conversation led to pacing clarifications for teachers.
