R. Finley made a motion to Approve Agenda.
S. Kelly seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
II. Executive Session
A.
Executive Session to Discuss to Personnel
S. Kelly made a motion to Enter into Executive Session.
L. Golphin seconded the motion.
Executive Session to Discuss Personnel and discussions with Legal counsel
L. Golphin made a motion to Return to Board Meeting.
N. Lewis seconded the motion.
The board returned to the open session at 10:25 pm
No actions were taken as a result of the executive session.

The board VOTED to approve the motion.
