M. Stitzinger called a meeting of the board of directors of Ambition Prep to order on Thursday Sep 28, 2023 at 5:05 PM.

R. Vincent-Lee made a motion to Approve September 28,2023 Board of Director's Meeting Agenda.
T. Ballard seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

T. Ballard made a motion to approve the minutes from Board of Directors Meeting on 08-24-23.

Monthly Financials
T. Ballard made a motion to Approve Ambition Prep's August Financials.
R. Vincent-Lee seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
B.
Line of Credit
R. Vincent-Lee made a motion to Approve the decision for DeArchie Scott to begin the application process of opening a line of credit.
T. Ballard seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Elect New Board Member
T. Ballard made a motion to Elect Tonya Morgan as a member of the Ambition Prep's Board of Directors.
R. Vincent-Lee seconded the motion.
