M. Stitzinger called a meeting of the board of directors of Ambition Prep to order on Thursday Aug 24, 2023 at 5:13 PM.

R. Vincent-Lee made a motion to approve July financials.
M. Burger seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Motion to amend June 22, 2023 board meeting minutes
M. Burger made a motion to Amend the June 22, 2023 Board minutes to replace the title of treasurer with board member.
T. Ballard seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
T. Wetzel made a motion to re-elect T. Wetzel to a board member for the Ambition Prep's board of directors.
T. Ballard seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
