Executive Committee. The Board of Directors voted in February 2023 to establish an Executive Committee consisting of the Board Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. The Executive Committee shall have and exercise the authority of the Board of Directors in the management and affairs of the organization in crisis or emergency situations.
