M. Gaburo called a meeting of the Development Committee of KIPP Academy Massachusetts to order on Friday Sep 5, 2025 at 1:35 PM.

M. Gaburo made a motion to approve the minutes from KIPP MA Development Committee Meeting on 06-16-25.

Kate Pinto, a new board member, joined for the meeting.
A proposal was made by the Development Committee to encourage the Board of Directors to adopt a formal "give/get" policy. Each board member is expected to contribute at least $5,000 annually through their own philanthropy or by recruiting donors to give to KIPP MA. The total board giving goal for FY26 is now $80,000.
