Kathleen Crawford called a meeting of the board of trustees of Foxborough Regional Charter School to order on Friday Sep 16, 2022 at 8:04 AM.

Susanna Girard made a motion to suspend public session to go to Executive Session to discuss strategy in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel and conduct contract negotiations with non-union personnel. To return to open session thereafter.
Ramona Royal seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
