Call the Meeting to Order
Heidi Berkowitz called a meeting of the FRCS Foundation Inc Committee of Foxborough Regional Charter School to order on Monday Oct 25, 2021 at 8:25 AM.
II. FRCS Foundation Inc
A.
Board Development
$20,000 budgeted from the Foundation will be removed from the budget. Need to present to Board of Directors - out of budget
Update on former Board Members joining the 2021-2022 Board
- Lori Rudd will continue of the Board
- Cindy McGinty - unknown, no contact
- John Marston will continue on the Board
- Mark Logan - unknown, no contact
The Board will hold monthly meetings on the last Monday of the month at 8:00am throughout the school year. The meetings will be held in the elementary school conference room.

Create a Survey for family interests in Fundraisers

Short Term Project Planning
Fund Raising Ideas:
- Golf Tournament - Confirmed for 7/14/2022
- Giving Tuesday - confirmed for 11/30/2022. Will feature graduating seniors who entered FRCS in kindergarten.
- Carnival - Back to School Event - research for Aug/Sept 2022
- Gala/Cocktail Hour - students preform
- Wine tasting
- Tastes of FRCS
- Road Race - revisit in 2022

- Discuss in more detail - FRCS Alumni
- Access fundraising projects for the Foundation and create an annual calendar.
- Revisit the recommendation of new board member candidates
