Meeting Format
Whether in person or online, the public is welcome to attend Board/Committee Meetings and have access to meeting minutes. Meetings are held once a month and additionally, as determined by the Board/Committee Chair. All meeting Agendas are posted on the school website at least 48 hours in advance of each public meeting.

During the meeting, the Board and its committees follow the published agenda. Gallery members are not part of the formal discussion or deliberations.  Those wishing to speak at a meeting are asked to follow our Privilege of the Floor Policy. To request to speak at a meeting, please complete the following google form before the start of the meeting.

International Travel Informational Session

  1. Malik Chase presents Information
    1. 2026 Program  - EF Tours/Safety and Itinerary, Parents can stay in contact and track all activity online 
      1. MS Belize - 11 Students 
      2. HS Spain - Over 20 Students
    2. Not many students have these opportunities to travel 
    3. Learning Experiences, Hands On, Career Exploration, STEM, and Community Service Based
    4. 8 Days of Travel 
    5. Costs per Student: $4800
  2. Wondering how funds would best utilized for the students?
    1. Support overall costs? 
    2. Support the extras expenses during traveling?
  3. Financial Aid Process Procedure/Criteria?
  4. Malik to research from others who do similar schools support funds
