Y. Shin called a meeting of the board of trustees of BoardOnTrack Board to order on Monday Jan 1, 2024 at 5:00 PM.

Approve Minutes
B. Stuczynski made a motion to approve the minutes from October 10 Regular Board Meeting on 10-10-23.
A. Ortega seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
