M. Danisch called a meeting of the board of directors of Red Sox Charter School to order on Tuesday Jan 2, 2018 at 5:30 PM.

M. Betts made a motion to approve minutes from the Board of Directors on 11-10-17 with the edits discussed Board of Directors on 11-10-17.
J. Pesky seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
