A. Gomez called a meeting of the board of directors of ARISE High School to order on Tuesday Apr 23, 2024 at 5:06 PM.

Approve Minutes

Feb 6 minutes already approved.

Will vote next Board meeting. 

III. Closed Session - Employee Evaluation Head of School and Compensation Review

A.

Closed Session - Employee Evaluation Head of School and Compensation Review

Board discusses compensation for Head of School and evaluation.

D. Meister made a motion to Approve Head of School Evaluation.
D. Taylor seconded the motion.
The motion did not carry.

IV. Governance

A.

Board Review of Compensation Comparability Study in Open Session

Board has discussed Head of School Compensation. 

L. Flaxman made a motion to Agree on using the comparability study.
M. Iglesias seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
D. Taylor made a motion to Approve Head of School Compensation Packet.
L. Flaxman seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 7:37 PM.
