Call the Meeting to Order

R. Garcia called a meeting of the Governance Committee of ARISE High School to order on Tuesday Mar 7, 2023 at 3:13 PM.

III. Closed Session - Employee Evaluation

A.

Plan for HOS Evaluation 22-23 and Finalize 23-24 HOS Employment Offer for March Board Meeting

Board members discuss how to proceed with HOS compensation to present to the Full Board Meeting. Employment offer will be pulled from March meeting and will be moved to May in order to meet with EdTech. 

 

Planning for HOS evaluation, we will pull questions from BoardOnTrack and use them on a Google Doc. Board will take charge on different focus groups in order to get feedback.
