M. Arechiga called a meeting of the Finance Committee of ARISE High School to order on Thursday Feb 2, 2023 at 11:06 AM.

J. Lopez made a motion to approve the minutes from December Finance Meeting on 12-01-22.
M. Arechiga seconded the motion.

II. Finance

EdTec Finance Report

Josh Clark provided updates on the current 2022-23 forecast and the monthly cash flow projections including line of credit. Clark also provided an audit 2021-22 Audit Summary and highlighted that no findings are weaknesses were identified. Finance Committee also reviewed and discussed the Governor's January budget proposal.
