B. Call the Meeting to Order

R. Garcia called a meeting of the Governance Committee of ARISE High School to order on Tuesday Sep 20, 2022 at 4:48 PM.

C. Approve Resolution to continue remote meetings in accordance with AB 361

R. Garcia made a motion to Approve.

The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

II. Governance Committee Purpose and Goals 22-23

A. Discuss Governance Committee for 22-23

Romeo and Melissa talked about possible goals involving head of school evaluation and development for board members.

III. Closed Session - Employee Evaluation

A. Plan for HOS Evaluation 22-23

Committee talked about workload, the process of head of school evaluation timeline, and next steps.

IV. Closing Items

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 5:30 PM.
