D. Bryson called a meeting of the Governance Committee of ARISE High School to order on Friday Apr 29, 2022 at 2:09 PM.

A. Gomez made a motion to Approve Resolution to continue remote meetings in accordance with AB 361.
D. Bryson seconded the motion.
