Call the Meeting to Order

D. Bryson called a meeting of the Finance Committee of ARISE High School to order on Tuesday Feb 1, 2022 at 4:40 PM.

Approve Minutes

D. Bryson made a motion to approve the minutes from November Finance Meeting on 11-30-21.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

D.

Approve Resolution to continue remote meetings in accordance with AB 361

D. Bryson made a motion to Approve motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Adjourn Meeting

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 5:30 PM.
