Jessica Yang called a meeting of the Governance Committee of City on a Hill Charter Public School to order on Tuesday Nov 23, 2021 at 3:38 PM.
Melisa Lemire arrived at 3:38 PM.

II. Executive Session

A.

Enter Executive Session Under Purpose 1

The City on a Hill Governance Committee will now adjourn to Executive Session, citing purpose #1: To discuss the reputation, character, physical condition or mental health, rather than professional competence, of an individual, or to discuss the discipline or dismissal of, or complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual. The Committee will not return to public session.
Andres Tejeda Soto made a motion to to enter Executive Session under Purpose 1.
Melisa Lemire seconded the motion.
