Call the Meeting to Order
Jeff Jablow called a meeting of the Governance Committee of City on a Hill Charter Public School to order on Tuesday Oct 1, 2019 at 5:27 PM.

Approve April 2019 Governance Committee Meeting Minutes
Jeff Jablow made a motion to approve minutes from the April 2019 Governance Committee Meeting on 04-11-19 April 2019 Governance Committee Meeting on 04-11-19.
Cara Stillings-Candal seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Board Growth Conversation, Con't.
The Governance Committee discussed the pipeline of Board members to be voted on as Trustees, and confirmed that Andres Tejeda and Monique Dillon will be voted upon at the October 2019 Board of Trustees Meeting. The Committee then discussed additional potential candidates, and the onboarding elements that would make for a useful orientation for new members.
