B. Call the Meeting to Order

Mike Rosen called a meeting of the Executive Director Support And Eval Committee of City on a Hill Charter Public School to order on Thursday Dec 13, 2018 at 9:32 AM.

C. Approve October 2018 Committee Meeting Minutes

Cara Stillings-Candal made a motion to approve minutes from the October 2018 CEO Support Committee Meeting on 10-17-18 October 2018 CEO Support Committee Meeting on 10-17-18.

Mike Rosen seconded the motion.

The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

II. SY19 CEO Goals

A. SY19 CEO Goals

Kevin Taylor, Chief Executive Officer, presented his proposed goals which included demonstrable progress towards finalizing a Union contract, following through on next steps related to the City on a Hill - New Bedford Charter Renewal, being fully hired at the Network Office in order to support schools, completing the City on a Hill - Circuit Street culture reboot, and completing a professional development cohort with peer CMO leaders to hone his skills as organizational leader, in addition to the goals provided through the Board on Track evaluation.

The Committee provided feedback including the suggestion to add a financial stability-based goal, and discussed evaluation tactics and timeline.
