The Governing Board meets monthly at 6:00 PM in the Superintendent's Conference Room in the Main Building. Dates are noted on the calendar.
The Finance Committee meets monthly in advance of the regular board meeting to review financials.
The Student Affairs Committee receives monthly reports from campus leadership.

Recognition of guests and public comment
Colin Hudson - guest - Boy scout member - Attending for citizenship badge. He asked the board member what the past budgets have looked like compared to this year's budget. Ms. Pinson explained that it is very similar to year's past with the largest investment of our budget covering salaries for teachers and facilities costs.
Finance committee entered new QBE allotment. Increased instructional supplies. Maintenance and repairs increased.
